A non refundable deposit is required to secure the treatment appointment.  All prices include a single retouch service except the Pre Annual Colour Boost. Retouch services are to be attended within 4-12 weeks following the first treatment to avoid an additional fee.

Polite Notice - Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us and reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your plans from time to time; therefore we respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation, rescheduling and service modifications. 

Our cancellation policy provides us with the time to inform clients on our waiting list of any availability and are also designed to protect the team from any lost business. 

Cancellations must be received no later than 48 prior to the appointment date

  • If your appointment is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice and you have paid a booking deposit, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to any new appointment that you make. 
  • If your appointment is cancelled with 24-48 hours notice, a charge of 50% of the total appointment value will be applied.
  • If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full price of the booking.
  • Non- arrival without notice: a charge of the total value of the booking will be applied
