ATTENDANCE
For the comfort of all clients, we would ask that mobile phones and other devices be switched to silent and calls only taken if necessary.
Valuables should not be brought to the salon. Chocolate Hair & Beauty and all team members will not be held liable for any loss of valuables, phones, devices, or other items.
Advertised prices may be subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to remove treatments and packages from our service menu without notice.
Free parking is available outside the salon. Please AVOID parking across the driveways of the residents. Anyone parking outside the salon do so at their own risk Chocolate Hair & Beauty will not accept Responsibility for any damage, accidents or loss incurred.

We love providing you with a great service and hearing about how much you loved your treatment. We always follow up our appointments with an email to make sure you are happy with your service and giving you the opportunity to review your treatment. We hugely appreciate your reviews and if you have not reviewed us on Google or Facebook please do. It helps spread the word and brings a smile to our faces when we get positive comments.
We always aim to provide the highest quality in what we do, and we hope that you have enjoyed your treatment. If for any reason you feel less than satisfied, please get in touch by calling the salon or emailing us within 24 hours of your appointment to discuss the matter.
CHILD & YOUNG PERSON POLICY
TREATMENTS FOR YOUNG PERSONS
We offer haircuts, natural nail treatments and some beauty services to under 18’s but require parental consent and attendance.
Please note that we do not offer colouring or nail extension services to under 16’s. This is not recommended by our product suppliers as it can be harmful to their immature hair, skin and nail structures. Therefore, we would not be insured.
All services carried out on young persons will involve a consultation with a parent or legal guardian prior to booking.
BABIES & CHILDREN
When attending an appointment for yourself please remember that although we all love our kids, we would ask that you respect our salon environment and arrange alternative care for your little ones. For the following reasons:-
• All our clients are entitled to relax. For many parents they have planned in advance for their young ones to be cared for so they can escape for some peace and “me” time.
• We have a lot of chemicals, vapours and sharp implements in the salon which could cause harm to them.
• We are not insured to have them in the treatment areas when you are unable to attend to their needs.
• We do not have DBS police clearance to supervise them.
• Most of all, we want you to enjoy your treatment and get some relaxation too!
