Making Your Appointment

We offer a telephone and online booking service for appointments. Some treatments are not bookable online as we need to carry out a pre-booking consultation. 

Upon booking an appointment with us you are agreeing to our Salon Cancellation Policy and email confirmation will be sent to the address provided, along a reminder email three days prior.  

All online bookings require a booking fee, and these may vary between treatments. Booking fees are non-refundable and in the event of cancellation or non-attendance they will be forfeited and the full service amount will be charged.  If more than 48 hours’ notice is provided, then the booking fee is transferrable to a new booking. 

We recommend making appointments in advance to ensure your required times and dates.

We require all clients to provide full contact details. These are kept in accordance with GDPR regulations. 

Existing clients should ensure that they update us on any changes to their personal details and health status.

Advertised prices may be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to remove treatments and packages from our service menu without notice. 

Please ensure you follow your aftercare and homecare advice provided. 


Your appointments are very important to us and reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your plans from time to time; therefore we respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation, rescheduling and service modifications. 

Our cancellation policy provides us with the time to inform clients on our waiting list of any availability and are also designed to protect the team from any lost business. 

Cancellations must be received no later than 48 prior to the appointment date

  • If your appointment is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice and you have paid a booking deposit, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to any new appointment that you make. 
  • If your appointment is cancelled with 24-48 hours notice, a charge of 50% of the total appointment value will be applied.
  • If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full price of the booking.
  • Non- arrival without notice: a charge of the total value of the booking will be applied 

The cancellation fee will be applied to your client profile and the outstanding amount will be required prior to your rescheduled appointment or charged to your credit card. 

Clients who consistently cancel their appointment within 48 hours or do not attend their appointments, after the third time they will be asked to pay for their services in full and up front.  

Please consider our other clients and arrive on time. We allow a short period of time for lateness dependent on the treatment type. If there is time, we will continue with a modified service but will still charge for the original service booked or you can reschedule, and a late fee will be applied. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a non attendance and a charge will be incurred.

Occasionally we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to transfer your appointment and in the unlikely event that this is not possible, we may need to cancel your booking
